Our promises

What you can count on

No small print: this is simply how we do things.

On working days we ship the same day via PostNL. In 95% of cases the parcel is on your doormat the next day.

Below that, you pay €4.95 in the Netherlands and Belgium. You always get track & trace by email.

At room temperature, so placing a bigger order is no problem. Three weeks refrigerated after opening.

Ordered on Saturday or Sunday? Then you'll have it on Tuesday.

Have your order delivered to a pickup point near you. You choose this at checkout.

Belgium too: order before 17:00 on a working day and in 95% of cases it arrives the next day. Delivery costs €4.95, free from €50.

When it's busy nationwide, delivery can take a day longer. Your track & trace code always shows you exactly where your parcel is.
