Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. That is deliberately longer than the statutory 14 days, we want you to be able to take your time and see whether our juice is right for you.
Because we sell a fresh, organic food product, the return period applies to unopened bottles: undamaged, in the original packaging and with the best-before date still clearly legible on the cap.
To start a return, email info@go-now.eu. Include your order number and we'll sort it out straight away. You'll hear from us within one working day.

Please don't send your order back before we have confirmed your return, we cannot process parcels that arrive without being registered.
Return costs
You can arrange the return shipment yourself, or request a return label from us (€6.95, which we deduct from your refund). Has something gone wrong on our side, or is there a personal reason why you can't use the juice? Then we'll cover the costs. Just send us an email.
Not keen on the taste
Ginger is intense, and it takes some getting used to. If you're struggling with the taste, let us know before you think about returning it — it can often be solved:
- Mix a splash into orange juice, apple juice or tea
- Drink it cold, that makes a big difference
- Our Mandarin-Ginger is a lot milder
If that doesn't help, we'll find a solution together. We won't leave you stuck with something you don't enjoy.
Damage or a wrong item
Check your order as soon as it arrives. Is a bottle broken, is something missing or have you received the wrong product? Send a photo to info@go-now.eu and we'll get in touch with you straight away. In that case, you don't need to send anything back.
What cannot be returned
- Opened bottles :as a food product, we are not allowed to resell them. If you're not sure what to do, email us; we're happy to help you find a solution.
- Gift cards
- Orders older than 30 days
Exchanges
The quickest route: request a return for what you have and order the product you want separately. As soon as your return reaches us, we'll refund the original amount.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you order from within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is in addition to this, so you always keep at least those 14 days. Here too, the bottles must be unopened and in their original condition.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it has been approved. If it is approved, you'll receive the amount back within 5 working days via your original payment method. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may then need a few more days.
