We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Live outside these countries? Email us at info@go-now.eu we'll then create an order for you manually.

When your order leaves us
If you order on a working day before 17:00, your parcel goes out the same day. If you order at the weekend, it leaves on Monday.
95% of our orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered the next day. That is not a guarantee. During busy periods around the holidays or in extreme weather, PostNL may take a day longer.
Track & trace
As soon as your parcel has been processed, you'll receive an email with a track & trace link. With it, you can follow your order right to your door. Can't see that email? Have a look in your spam folder, or email us.
At checkout, you can also choose delivery to a PostNL pickup point.
Collect it yourself
You can collect your order from us in Aalsmeer, by appointment. Just email info@go-now.eu to arrange a time.

If something goes wrong
We don't charge any extra costs if a shipment goes astray, not even if a wrong address was entered by mistake. Just let us know and we'll sort it out.
Parcel damaged or incomplete on arrival? Send a photo to info@go-now.eu. We'll send a new shipment straight away. No need to send anything back.
Track & trace says "delivered", but you haven't received anything? First check with the neighbours and in the back garden. PostNL sometimes leaves parcels in a safe place. If you can't find it, email us; we'll look into it and make sure you get your order.
Entered the wrong address? Email us as soon as possible. If the parcel hasn't left yet, we'll change it. If it's already on its way, we'll wait until it has been returned to us and send it again, at no extra cost.
Parcel not collected from the pickup point? PostNL holds a parcel for seven days and then sends it back to us. We're happy to send it again; we do ask for a contribution of €4.95 towards the second shipment.
Storage after delivery
Unopened, our juice keeps for at least a year at room temperature, stored somewhere cool and dark. The date is on the cap. Once opened, the bottle belongs in the fridge and you should finish it within three weeks. Freezing is fine too, most easily in an ice cube tray, after thawing drink it within two weeks. Never put an unopened bottle in the freezer.
