Golden Pina Colada: a tropical treat and completely alcohol-free!

Fancy a tropical cocktail without alcohol, but full of flavour? This alcohol-free Golden Pina Colada is an exotic surprise with a healthy twist: Go Now Liquid Sensation. Perfect for a summer afternoon or as a healthy mocktail at a party! Refreshing, creamy and completely free from added sugars.

Method

   Put the frozen banana, pineapple, coconut milk, pineapple juice and Go Now Liquid Sensation in the blender. Blend into a smooth, creamy smoothie.

   Cut a lime wedge and moisten the rim of your glass with it.

   Toast the desiccated coconut briefly in a dry pan until lightly golden.

   Dip the moistened rim of the glass into the coconut for a tropical decoration.

   Pour the mocktail into the glass and serve with a wedge of fresh pineapple.
